The Wine Dinner*
Join Sean Brennan owner and wine maker from Central Otago New Zealand and guest Chef Alan Cook for a truly memorable experience. The Wort has hosted many wine dinners in the past but this one is different. It will be a 5 course Maine Seafood inspired paired meal. Dinner will feature New Zealand Brennan Wines, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir will definitely be served, along with Guest Chef Alan Cook from the Regency in Portland, Maine preparing the five courses of food. Also noteworthy, we will have a book preview with New York Times Best Selling Author, C.J. Box.
The Wine Dinner will be from 6-9pm in the Goldpiece Room, located in the Wort Hotel’s lobby. $169 per person and includes both the Wine Dinner and free entry to the Tasting.

Do you already have plans on February 8th? Well lucky for you, we will also be hosting a Tasting the night before on Thursday, February 7th in the Silver Dollar Showroom. Enjoy 4 Brennan wines paired with small bites from 5:30-7pm. The Small Bites Include: Assorted Cheese Tray, Braised Bison Short Rib, Grilled Pear and Brie Crostini, Pork Tenderloin and Mushroom Mini Wellington and Mini Lobster Sliders.
