Possum Queen a six-piece Jackson bluegrass band delivering everything from old-time classics to reimagined pop-rock, Motown and originals. Forged from Hootenany meet-ups and Stagecoach Bar jams, the all-strings outfit blends the punk energy of the Violent Femmes they grew up on with modern folk heroes like Sierra Ferrell. Possum Queen features guitar, mandolin, banjo, bass and fiddle, for quick picking and playful harmonies built for dancing.
