The Johnosn Party plays California Mountain Music, a wide ranging blend of reggae, folk, rock, soul, etc… and are based out of Truckee, California. We are currently working on a 2nd album of original songs and playing Northern California venues and festivals. The 1ST album, RANDOM ROOMS, was recorded in old barns, dirty apartments, midnight parking lots, deep southern forests and even some world class studios during road trips throughout the country. The band's motto is "It's Not What You Think", whatever that may be, and they deliver an anthemic boogie-rock that helps ensure your priorities are in the right place.

“Random Rooms” is the band’s first album and is available now on Spotify.  The first single off of their upcoming 2nd album is a politically charged rock and roll number titled "Can't Let the Bastards Win" and is available on their website www.johnsonparty.net and will dropping this month on all subscription services.
