Folk Cafe with Karee Miller, Aspen Dawn and Jamie Hansen

Time: 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM

We are exicted to bring live music back to the Silver Dollar Showroom with our "Sit Down Get Down" series. We are also proud to be putting these hard working musicians back to work with these sit-down only shows. Our dance floor is closed but that doesn't mean you can't dance in your seat. No cover.

Music is Karee Miller’s passion. Entertaining is what she does. As a musician in Jackson Hole for over 15 years, she has performed and recorded with “The Miller Sisters”, “Mandatory Air”, and “Bootleg Flyer” and now plays with, “Sister Karee and the Other Brothers”. Karee has always found music to be a healing grace along life’s journey. She explains, “Music makes us move, makes us smile, and sometimes makes us cry. While I’m an entertainer at heart, my music is my voice, and brings energy to my performance”.

Aspen Dawn is a Jackson based singer songwriter, known throughout the state of Wyoming as the winner of the 2018 Wyoming Singer Songwriter Contest. Aspen started playing the guitar and writing songs at the age of 8. By age 19 Aspen had the honor of making her passion a career and plays at various resorts and restaurants in Teton Valley.

Jamie Hansen is an eclectic, genre-transcending artist known for her originality not only in her songwriting, but in her unabashed pursuit of life. Her love for Jesus seeps into her music, whether that be inspired by country, pop, rock, or blues styles. The culture and landscape of the west have certainly impacted Jamie and her writing style, but it is the call of the wild and the adventures that arise that have and will always impact her soul. Whether you find her on a horse, carrying a backpack across mountain passes, or trekking across a glacier, Jamie is usually singing or writing about life and all of its eccentricities.
