We’re thrilled to welcome Blackbird Vineyards for an exclusive hands-on blending experience. The evening begins with a guided tasting of Blackbird’s current portfolio, featuring the elegant and expressive:

- Dissonance Sauvignon Blanc

- Contrarian
As you enjoy the tasting, you’ll hear stories behind the wines, the winemaking process, and the Napa Valley vineyards that inspire Blackbird’s signature style.
After, the winemaking begins!
With barrel samples of single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, you’ll step into the role of winemaker. Use your pipette to experiment with your own custom blends—record your “recipe,” taste your creation, and refine your mix. Create as many as time allows, and submit your favorite for a friendly competition. Our host will sample each blend and select a winning blend of the evening.
Light bites and appetizers will be served to complement the experience.
At the end of the night, you’ll have the opportunity to order wines from Blackbird’s featured lineup.
