Silver Dollar “Showroom Sessions” Featuring Mac McAnally

Ten-time Country Music Association “Musician of the Year” winner, Mac McAnally, will kick-off the 2019 “Showroom Sessions” series in The Silver Dollar Showroom on Thursday, March 21.

In November 2018, Mac received his 10th trophy as CMA Musician of the Year, breaking his tie with the iconic Chet Atkins and setting the category’s all-time high water mark. McAnally has written #1 hits for Alabama, Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, and Sawyer Brown, and has studio credits that include albums by Toby Keith, Linda Ronstadt, George Strait, Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, and Amy Grant, among many others.

Hall of Famer

He is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Mississippi Musician’s Hall of Fame and the Alabama Music Hall of Fame; has released sixteen studio albums. He has toured for many years as a member of Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer band.

"Showroom Sessions"

The Silver Dollar “Showroom Sessions” provide a unique offering for music lovers. Twice a year the Showroom at the Silver Dollar Bar plays host to a note-worthy songwriter who takes the stage for a special performance. Dinner is served and patrons can experience a sit-down show in the most intimate of settings. The inaugural Showroom Session in October 2018 featured four-time GRAMMY winner, Steve Wariner.
