Jim Waldrop, renowned for his dedication and contributions to Wyoming’s tourism and hospitality industries, has been awarded the prestigious 2024 BIG WYO Award. The annual accolade, presented by the Wyoming Hospitality and Travel Coalition, recognizes individuals from the private sector who have made enduring impacts on the state's tourism landscape.

Jim Waldrop, President and General Manager of Silver Dollar, Inc., leads the historic Wort Hotel and The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar located in downtown Jackson Hole. 

Waldrop is known throughout Teton County and Wyoming for his natural western hospitality, passion for Wyoming and its National Parks, support for educational opportunities for students, service through many boards and commissions, and deep love for friends, family and all who travel to our great state.
